Give your next route
a reality check.
A simple budget worksheet. Use figures from your save, with all income and costs measured over the same period.
What these results mean
Revenue equals units delivered multiplied by your average revenue per unit. Operating surplus subtracts recurring costs. Simple payback divides the initial investment by a positive operating surplus; it is not a simulation of your bank balance.
Keep the assumptions consistent
Use the same period throughout. Include costs relevant to your decision, such as vehicle operation, infrastructure upkeep and interest where applicable. Avoid counting a cost twice. If your route has several revenue streams, calculate their weighted average revenue per delivered unit or use separate estimates.
Know the limits
This worksheet does not predict game demand, fares, congestion, depreciation, loan principal payments or future patches. It assumes constant revenue and costs. Its purpose is to expose your assumptions, not promise an optimal route. Values stay in the page and are not saved or submitted.
